We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Customer Sales Assistant to join our award-winning team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Hours
- Fixed-term maternity cover (approximately 9–12 months)
- 10–15 hours per week
- Hours are flexible and will include some weekend working, particularly during busy periods.
The Role
As the face of Rabbit Hole Cakes, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Serving customers in our shop and assisting with enquiries.
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Operating the till and handling payments.
- Packaging products to our high presentation standards.
- Keeping the shop clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented.
- Supporting the team with general day-to-day duties as required.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, confident and approachable.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, organised and punctual.
- Able to work well in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
