LBA Coventry Nursery is looking for a kind, caring and reliable Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.
This could be the perfect opportunity if you are returning to childcare, balancing work with family life or simply looking for a part-time role in a warm and supportive nursery.

Your role will include:
- Providing high-quality care, learning and play experiences for children in our baby, toddler and preschool rooms.
- Building warm and trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Supporting children’s individual development, confidence and wellbeing.
- Acting as a key person and contributing to observations, assessment and planning.
- Supporting daily routines and maintaining a safe, engaging and well-organised environment.
- Working closely with colleagues and communicating positively with parents.
- Following the nursery’s safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS procedures.
What we are looking for:
- A DfE-approved, full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A current Paediatric First Aid certificate or willingness to complete or renew the required training.
- An enhanced DBS certificate for the children’s workforce registered with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to complete a new DBS check and join the Update Service.
- A warm, patient and caring approach.
- Reliability and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and well being.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care and safety.
