We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement educational programmes that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the nursery's reputation within the community.
- Ensure that all staff are trained in safeguarding policies and practices.
Qualifications
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood development.
- Ability to drive initiatives that improve the quality of care provided at the nursery.
