This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful team, who pride themselves on offering a first-class service to all their clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our busy and successful team.
The Role
This is a varied role, working closely with vendors, buyers and the wider sales team to deliver an exceptional level of service and achieve successful property sales.
The successful candidate will be confident dealing with people, commercially minded and able to build strong relationships with clients while working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective vendors and buyers.
- Arrange and accompany property viewings.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Conduct follow-up calls and provide viewing feedback.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system Alto.
- Support the team with property marketing and social media content where required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Skills & Experience
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Interest in property sales and the local area.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- A confident, professional manner both face-to-face, email and over the phone
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Current Driving Licence is essential due to location and nature of the business
- Ability to work Saturdays (rota will be provided)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (on a rota basis with a day off in lieu)
