Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the operational execution of Sweet Squared's Amazon presence, ensuring our product catalogue, content, SEO, advertising, and promotions are optimised for success. You will work closely with the Head of Consumer Sales, who defines the overall Amazon strategy, translating commercial plans into effective day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Management
- Lead the rollout of existing premium brands and help identify opportunities for additional brands on Amazon.
- Ensure correct product listing structures, variations, and category mapping.
- Coordinate with IT regarding SKU setup and data feed requirements while owning end-to-end territory rollout plans.
- Maintain listing accuracy across all active marketplaces, including pricing, stock visibility, and compliance with local requirements.
Content & SEO
- Own and optimise Amazon listing content, including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content.
- Continuously improve SEO performance to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage and develop Amazon Brand Stores across multiple brands and territories, ensuring an engaging customer experience.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Manage advertising budgets and bids to achieve target ACoS and ROAS metrics.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activity.
Promotions
- Execute promotional campaigns including Coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Day, Black Friday, and other marketplace events.
- Track promotional performance and share results and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Brand & Territory Expansion
- Support the Head of Consumer Sales in launching new brands and expanding into new Amazon territories.
- Act as the operational lead for marketplace expansion projects, ensuring successful execution.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and report on catalogue health, content quality, advertising effectiveness, and promotional performance.
- Provide regular KPI reporting and actionable insights to support business growth.
- Undertake any additional duties consistent with the role and level of responsibility.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, including campaign setup, optimisation, budget management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking factors.
- Experience creating and managing A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.
- Experience managing listings across multiple territories or international marketplaces.
- Ability to work with product data feeds, catalogue management systems, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience planning and delivering Amazon promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven.
Desirable but not essential
- Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or multi-brand distribution sectors.
- Experience supporting international marketplace expansion projects.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
