- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have access to your own vehicle, as the service is not easily accessible by public transport.
- Be looking for a full-time position. We have already recruited our part-time staff, so please do not apply if you are only looking for part-time hours.
- Be able to work the required day or waking night shifts.

The role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to the resident, helping to ensure their safety, wellbeing, dignity and comfort throughout the day or night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing reassurance and emotional support when needed.
- Supporting with personal care where required.
- Completing regular welfare checks.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Carrying out light household duties to ensure the home is ready for the next shift.
- Responding calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies.
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times.
Hours
- Full-time permanent contract.
- 1 full-time day position available.
- 1 full-time waking night position available.
- Both positions require flexibility.
- Weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis.

- Ideally experienced in care or support work (mental health, learning disabilities, autism or similar), although full training will be provided.

Essential requirements
