We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our kitchen team. We are a fine dining country pub in the beautiful village of Edgworth on the Bolton / Blackburn border. Recently recognised in the Michelin guide, we are a young business with big plans
Responsibilities
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure dishes, pots and preparation areas are kept clean and hygiene standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service
