We are looking for approximately 3 full time Client Support adminstrators to join us on a temporary basis due to an increase in work in our expanding Interventions Team.
The role consists of working on intervened solicitors case management system, in order to search for and extract important client data and add information to a spreadsheet.
File reviewers will work on both electronic and paper files and have the ability to work efficiently and adapt to change.
You will support and assist our Interventions department by conducting reviews of all files uplifted from the intervened firm by;
- Reviewing case files and legal documents
- Collating data from files and inputting it onto spreadsheets.
- Accurate time recording
- Adherence to all elements of the Outcomes-Focused Regulation issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, with particular emphasis on client care and complaints handling procedures, in order to reduce the risk of professional negligence.
This area of law is extremely unique and something that you won’t find at most law firms.
There are only 4 firms in the country who can be appointed to act as agents by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Stephensons is one of them!
No intervention is the same, which keeps us on our toes! We never know what we are going to be dealing with. It could be conveyancing, crime, PI, or family work, which results in fantastic exposure to a variety of work types.
The department is a small, close-knit team, they are specialist, professionals who have an extremely important role to fill. Though they have a high regarded role, they are extremely warm, welcoming and down to earth!

Essential:-
- 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at C/4 and above.
- Good standard of computer literacy and familiarity with IT systems
- Good communication skills
- Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
- Professional manner
- Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment
- Keen to learn and develop in a legal setting
- Ability to work amidst frequent interruptions whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible to suit the needs of the Department
- Demonstrates drive and enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Desirable:-
- Possess or currently studying towards a legal related qualification such as an A level or degree
- Experience of working in an office/clerical environment
- Experience of working with excel
- Experience of working on multiple case management systems
- Awareness of work undertaken in a solicitors office
- Awareness of Solicitors Regulation Authority Interventions
