Mums Can Do is a growing platform focused on supporting mums through different life stages - from new motherhood to rebuilding independence.
We share real stories, provide support, and create opportunities for mums to move forward - including flexible work and income pathways.
We’re now looking for someone hands-on to help grow the brand and build a real community.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative person (ideally a student or recent grad) to run and grow our social media.
This is a doing role, not strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Post 4–5 times per week (Instagram & TikTok)
- Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
- Turn real mum stories into engaging content
- Improve existing content (especially “Super Mum” videos)
- Reply to comments & DMs
- Suggest and test new content ideas
- Help promote opportunities (jobs + interpreter pathway)
- Grow and develop the brand’s database through audience engagement strategies
You’re a Good Fit If You
- Understand what makes content engaging
- Can edit simple videos (CapCut/Canva etc.)
- Are creative, proactive, and quick to execute
- Are comfortable filming or working with video
- Use social media regularly and “get” it
Not for You If
- You only want to design graphics
- You prefer slow, corporate environments
- You’re not comfortable with video content
