We are looking fo an experienced and motivated Site Manager/Working Foreman to join our team, working on a range of large refurbishment projects and New Builds.
This is a hands on role for someone who is confident leading from the front, able to get on the tools and work alongside the team when needed, whilst also organising, structuring and driving projects forward to a high standard.
Proven experience as a site Manager/Working Foreman
Strong background in refurbishment work
Ability to manage a team while remaining hands on
Maintain high standards of workmanship, Health & Safety and site presentation.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.
Communicate clearly with the team, Subcontractors and Management.
