Specialist Support Worker - Durham
Part-time: 16 - 32 hours per week
5pm - 11pm then Sleep in then 7am - 9am (twice a week minimum)
Driving license and access to a vehicle required.

Support Worker Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised supervision and support to empower young people to live safely and independently.
- Assist in developing crucial life skills such as budgeting, cooking, accessing education, and training opportunities.
- Ensure the well-being and success of our service users.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
- Previous experience working with children, youth offending, care leavers, or substance/alcohol misuse preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and some nights as part of a rotating schedule.
