The production team is responsible for holding these high standards to ensure the highest quality products are produced. Big Pot Co still produce their products by hand to ensure that the products maintain high standards.
Responsibilities
· Strive for excellence in terms of performance and standards
· Abide by company procedures
· Prepare products by following the provided specifications
· Follow Health and Safety procedures
· Follow Food Quality and Safety standards, carrying out required checks
· Operate cooking equipment
· Report issues in production to management
Essential Criteria
· Experience in working as part of a team
· Excellent communication skills, including a strong grasp of the English language
· Capable of working under your own initiative
· Previous experience in developing team members
· Adaptable to changes in business
Desirable Criteria
· Experience in the Food Industry
· Food Safety/Hygiene Certificates
· Experience following Health and Safety Guidelines

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
