We are currently looking for a hard-working, passionate and experienced bar tender to join our ever-growing team. The successful candidate will have a wide range of duties, including, customer service, drinks knowledge and practical tasks. Their main function will be to ensure that they serve the bar efficiently and that the customer has the best possible experience.
Their main duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Serving snacks
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and ensuring ample glassware is available
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
This is a hands-on role; the applicant should have a great passion for delivering the highest level of customer service, keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise tasks.
