Heavenly Desserts Crawley
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join the opening team of our brand-new Heavenly Desserts restaurant in Crawley.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store from day one, helping to build a successful team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and establish the high standards that Heavenly Desserts is known for. Working closely with the management team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while leading and supporting the wider team.

The Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll support the management team in leading daily restaurant operations and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. You'll be responsible for motivating the team, maintaining exceptional standards, and helping create a positive, high-performing culture from the very beginning.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, coach team members, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently during every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Welcome guests and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
- Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members.
- Ensure all food, drinks, and desserts are prepared and presented to Heavenly Desserts' premium standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, personal hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and feedback where required.
- Assist with rotas, stock management, and day-to-day operational tasks as directed by management.
- Support customer enquiries, reservations, takeaway collections, and delivery orders.
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and the creation of social media content to help promote the restaurant.
- Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
- Work closely with the management team to help achieve sales targets, maintain operational excellence, and drive business performance.
- Take responsibility for the restaurant in the absence of senior management where required.

- Committed to maintaining the highest operational and service standards.
Applicants must be available to work flexible shifts between 10:00am and 12:00am, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and have reliable transport to and from Crawley Leisure Park.
Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred. Experience in team leadership, shift management, or training staff would be advantageous.
