Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Bar and Games Attendant to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for serving beverages, managing gaming activities, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership skills and ability to supervise will help maintain a fun, safe environment where guests feel valued and entertained.
Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service
- Oversee gaming areas including Snooker, Pool, Darts and our Lounge area.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies.
- Manage cash handling, including opening and closing registers, balancing tills, and processing transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and gaming areas.
- Some cooking duties
- Cleaning duties throughout the whole club.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
Experience
- Applicants MUST be over 18.
- Previous experience in hospitality or gaming environments is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing tills
- Experience in managing or overseeing gaming activities is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to move full beer kegs into place.
- Must be able to work well alone.
