Working in a busy restaurant this position will include shifts during the week, evenings and weekends.
Meeting and greeting customers, dealing with customer queries, ensuring excellent customer service, and problem solving with customer complaints.
Table management, ensuring efficient turn around of tables, dealing with group bookings and enquiries, through telephone and email enquiries.
Daily management of restaurant and bar staff and duties.
Staff training, implementation of health and safety legislation.
Social media updates.
