Magnolia House is looking for a full time Night Senior Carer to add to our team. We are a residential and dementia Care home for the elderly

Responsibilities
- Lead staff on shift
- Guide and support staff
- Carry out supervisions
- Promote good practice
- Ensure and assist to ensure schedules are being completed including cleaning
- Administer medication to residents
- Care planning for our elderly residents
- Dealing with healthcare professionals, doctors, social workers and families of the elderly.
- Manage a shift competently with the support of the Home manager, and Deputy managers
Requirements
- Have or be willing to work towards Level 3 Health and social care or higher.
- Undergo a DBS check which the company would meet the cost of.
- Experience working with in a Care Home setting is essential and required
We work on a two weekly rolling rota from 7pm-7am, the shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1
- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday
Week 2
-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
