We work with a wide range of clients, from start-ups to global brands, providing everything from stand design and project management to graphics, AV, LED displays and full exhibition services.
We're looking for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our in-house team. This is a hands-on role, taking projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
The Role
As an Exhibition Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple exhibition projects simultaneously, ensuring every stand is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
You will be the main point of contact for your clients, coordinating internal teams, suppliers and contractors to deliver exceptional exhibition experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage exhibition stand projects from order through to completion.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, project schedules and costings.
- Coordinate stand production with our workshop and suppliers.
- Book contractors, furniture, graphics, flooring, electrics and logistics.
- Produce exhibition documentation including RAMS and project files.
- Liaise with exhibition organisers regarding technical regulations and deadlines.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and exhibition venues when required.
- Ensure projects remain within budget and commercially viable.
- Identify opportunities to upsell AV, LED screens, lighting and interactive technology.
- Manage installation and dismantle schedules.
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with the design, production and sales teams.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in exhibition stand project management.
- Good understanding of modular and bespoke exhibition stand construction.
- Experience working with UK exhibition venues including ExCeL, NEC, Olympia and others.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with strong budgeting skills.
- Confident dealing directly with clients.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £31,573.84-£37,000.00 per year
