Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent upkeep of the facility.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies throughout the shift.
