We are seeking an experienced and driven Risk System Manager to take a leading role in developing and managing the Trust’s risk information management system s.
This is a critical role at the centre of our quality governance framework. You will be the Trust’s expert for its information risk management system InPhase. This will include ensuring that our technology, data, and processes work together to provide a clear, reliable, and actionable picture of organisational risk and safety.
In this role, you will:
Support the Information System Lead for InPhase in leading its configuration, optimisation, and ongoing development
Drive full utilisation of system functionality across modules (e.g. incident reporting, risk registers, audits, policies)
Ensure data quality, standardisation, and integrity , implementing validation rules and consistent taxonomy
Lead system change control, upgrades, and development , working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Design and deliver reports and dashboards that translate complex data into meaningful risk intelligence
Provide expert advice and training to staff across the Trust, enabling confident and consistent use of the system
You will ensure that the risk system is not just a repository of information—but a powerful tool for insight, improvement, and assurance .
