About the Role
As a Senior Sales Associate you are a trusted ambassador of the brand, blending product expertise, emotional intelligence, and refined service.
You represent the standard of excellence in every client encounter and mentor others through your example and your experience in (luxury) fashion retail.
Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Sales
Engage clients through authentic connection and tailored advice. Deliver results through empathy, not persuasion.
- Client Portfolio Development
Build and nurture your own loyal network of clients, maintaining detailed records of preferences and history.
Ensure accurate, consistent updates to client profiles and initiate personalised follow-ups.
Communicate confidently about our products and their origins, like Softey Suede, cashmere, Cashwool, fine leather and more. You translate our craftsmanship into compelling storytelling.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience
Uphold a flawless environment that embodies Aurélien’s understated elegance.
- Collaboration & Mentoring
Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and example-led performance, and having full freedom to apply your experience and insights within the brand.
Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in (luxury) fashion retail;
- Existing client portfolio and proven clienteling record are strong advantages;
- Natural curiosity and knowledge for people and materials;
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Italian, or French) are a very welcome;
- Passion for refined style, craftsmanship, sales and long-term client relationships.
