We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Private Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of various distinguished private residences in central London. This pivotal role involves managing property inspections, household staff, organising contractors and ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized services. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate high level property inspections on a weekly basis.
- Develop and implement efficient household procedures, schedules, and maintenance plans to uphold the residence’s standards of excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships for services such as landscaping, maintenance, and technical support, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Maintain detailed records of household inventories, supplies, and service contracts for optimal resource management.
- Communicate effectively with household members to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service at all times.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and general IT/computer literacy to manage schedules, correspondence, and household documentation efficiently.
- Demonstrated management experience with a focus on leadership and team coordination within a high-end hospitality or private household environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise effectively with staff, vendors, and household members.
- Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation with a warm yet professional approach to meet the expectations of discerning clients.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure exceptional guest experiences within the residence.

Pay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
