The Role: As bar staff, you will take full ownership of the guest experience and play a key role in driving the business forward. This is not just about managing service—it’s about leading from the front, building a strong team, and helping shape a destination venue known for excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Serving customers to a high standard, changing barrels, changing gas and making sure the pub is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Drive sales and customer engagement to support business growth.
Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation, and atmosphere. Play an active role in marketing, events, and building the pub’s reputation.
Engage with the local community and become a visible, valued presence in village lifeSupport the business in achieving and winning industry food awards.
