Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be proficient in design software. This role involves collaborating with planners and building control to develop detailed drawings and specifications for various projects. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings using software such as Vectorworks
- Have knowledge in planning submission and guidance documents.
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications and technical reports.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Vectorworks).
- Strong understanding of CAD principles and construction processes.
- Experience in producing technical drawings.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
