Starting salary of £27,295 rising to £30,385 once QCF Level 3 (company funded) is complete (there are no sleep in's required for this role)
Hours average 39 hours p/w (169 hours p/m) FTE, pro rata if part time considered. Shift pattern over several weeks, to include some weekends and evenings

The Role
Previous experience is not essential for this role. Our care certificate training includes theory and work based training to prepare you for the role.

· Be a Role Model & Trusted Adult: Offer meaningful guidance and stability by building positive, respectful relationships. Support young people through challenges with empathy, patience, and emotional presence both at home and in the wider community.
· Support Routines, Learning & Life Skills: Help young people with daily routines, appointments, schoolwork, and activities while encouraging independence, celebrating progress, and being a steady presence in their everyday lives.
What we are looking for?
· You must hold a full UK manual driving licence (company cars provided)
· Have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
· A genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect through empathy and trust
· A team player with a flexible, proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of daily life
· Emotionally resilient, reflective, and open to learning and feedback
· A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and trauma-informed practice
· Previous experience in care, education or youth work is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
