⭐ Role Responsibilities – Service & Repairs Engineer
As a Service & Repairs Engineer, you will:
- Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety inspections across domestic social housing properties
- Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs on domestic gas boilers and central heating systems
- Repair and replace components including pumps, motorised valves, thermostats, radiators, expansion vessels, and associated heating controls
- Attend emergency and scheduled repair appointments, resolving faults efficiently and safely
- Complete planned maintenance work in line with Gas Safe regulations and company standards
- Accurately record work completed and update job information using company systems
- Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied properties
- Manage your daily workload effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship
⭐ Ideal Candidate
- Valid ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Proven experience in domestic servicing, fault finding, and reactive repairs
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to resolve faults efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently within occupied social housing properties
- Committed to delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work
