The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Carrying out market appraisals and securing new instructions
- Generating new business through prospecting and relationship building
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working closely with colleagues across both offices to ensure a seamless client experience
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years' experience in residential estate agency
- Is confident carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
- Has a proven track record of negotiating sales successfully
- Is enthusiastic, self-motivated and target driven
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is professional, personable and well presented
- Enjoys working as part of a team while also using their own initiative
- Holds a full UK driving licence
