We’re Hiring: Night Care Assistant (2 Nights)
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team for two night shifts in a busy residential care home. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will support residents—particularly individuals living with dementia—ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night. You will play a key role in maintaining a calm and supportive environment while responding to residents’ needs with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support during night hours
- Assist residents with mobility and daily living needs
- Monitor and respond to residents, especially those with dementia
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience in care (especially dementia care) is desirable but not essential
