The Role
This is a hands-on Head of Sales role for a proven player-coach. You will:
- Sell personally
- Lead from the front
- Inspire the team
- Coach from real calls

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach and develop a remote B2B sales team
- Personally sell and set the standard
- Review calls and improve performance
- Improve conversion, follow-up and deal progression
- Keep the team focused, confident and commercially sharp
- Recruit, develop and upgrade sales talent
- Step into key opportunities where useful
- Maintain strong pipeline and CRM discipline
- Build a high-performance sales culture with clear standards
Earnings
- £60k base
- £120K+ realistic OTE
- Strong upside linked to personal sales and team growth

What We’re Looking For
- Proven high-ticket B2B sales experience
- Strong personal sales record
- Experience leading salespeople to revenue outcomes
- Evidence you have improved sales performance
- Confidence selling to founders, CEOs and senior decision-makers
You must be strong at:
- Coaching from live calls and recordings
- Inspiring a team without relying on hype
- Giving direct feedback without drama
- Spotting why deals stall
- Creating urgency and momentum
- Holding standards without micromanaging
- Raising the level of a team quickly
