We are currently recruiting for the position of Scaffolding Labourer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting scaffolders on a variety of sites, offering consistent work and opportunities to develop within the industry.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Scaffold Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of scaffolding structures on various sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and relevant experience in construction-related tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the construction industry while contributing to safe and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures
- Loading, unloading, and organising scaffolding materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following instructions from supervisors and qualified scaffolders
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site
Requirements
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at height
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- CISRS / CSCS card is required (however this is something we would be able to assist with for the right candidate).
