Self-Employed Joiner (First Fix)
We’re looking for a skilled self-employed joiner to join our team and undertake first fix work in a block of flats. This is a temporary position with the potential for longer-term work based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing insulation, plasterboard, floor battens and chipboard flooring.
- Install MF metal suspended ceilings and erecting partitions.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements:
- Own tools and transport are essential.
- UTR number is required.
- Proven experience on new build sites, also preferably in metal work
- This job offers an immediate start.
