We are looking for a skilled Electronics Technician to join their Engineering team at Rosehall. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong auto electrical and electronic control systems experience who enjoys diagnosing faults, solving technical challenges and working on specialist agricultural equipment.

The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and electronic work across their fleet of mobile milling machines. From fault finding and repairs to designing and implementing system upgrades, you will play a key role in ensuring their vehicles operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, trace and repair electrical and electronic faults.
- Design, cost and implement upgrades to electronic control systems.
- Fabricate, assemble and install electrical and electronic components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electronic system issues.
- Interpret diagrams & specifications.
- Carry out testing and quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Modify, refurbish and repair existing electrical systems where required.
- Work closely with the Engineering Supervisor and workshop team to deliver maintenance and improvement projects.
- Support the continued reliability and performance of the specialist mobile milling fleet.
Requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who is technically capable, proactive and enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.
- Experience in auto electrical or similar electrical engineering work.
- Knowledge of electronic control systems and fault diagnosis.
- The ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Experience using a wide range of electrical and workshop tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- A willingness to travel across the UK when required.
- The ability to safely operate workshop equipment such as forklifts and cranes (or a willingness to be trained).
- A positive, flexible attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
