Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of waiting areas, restrooms, and common spaces using approved cleaning products and techniques
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and disposable items to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold hygiene standards
- Dispose of waste properly in accordance with health regulations and practice policies
- Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Familiarity with a healthcare environment cleaning standards is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies throughout shifts
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment
