The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — delivering drinks with speed, precision, and consistency while keeping service smooth and engaging.
This is a high-energy venue where standards matter: clean bar, correct measures, strong product knowledge, and confident service under pressure.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong bar presence — confident, composed, and guest-focused
- Experience with cocktail builds, specs, and sequencing (preferred)
- Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining standards
- Good understanding of pour control and jigger use.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modifiers
- Strong communication and teamwork under pressure
- Energy, personality, and pride in your section
Key Responsibilities
- Execute drinks using standardised specs, recipes, and glassware
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak service
- Manage your station: mise en place, restocking, ice wells, garnish prep
- Deliver clean cocktails: balanced builds, correct dilution, proper garnish
- Monitor and reduce wastage and over-pouring
- Keep the bar clean, reset, and service-ready at all times
- Work closely with the team to maintain service flow and ticket times
