Job Title: Finance Officer / Assistant Accountant (AAT / ACCA)

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer / Assistant Accountant to join our team full time. This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of a group of 6 businesses , ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective financial control. This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified professional looking for a flexible role within a dynamic SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly management accounts preparation
- Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasting
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Support year-end processes
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
