Proto Bakery St Albans is looking for a skilled Viennoiserie Baker to join their established and highly motivated team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for pastry and baked goods, and have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The role: Laminating croissant and pastry doughs; Folding, rolling and shaping croissants and morning pastries;
Must have experience working in a similar position.

£33,000 per year starting salary
Ability to commute
Must be able to travel to St Albans for early starts.
