RME Consultants are working with a UK professional services organisation that is looking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Advisor into its growing Belfast operation.
This is a newly created role, reflecting the continued growth and importance of the Belfast office. As the team expands, there is an increasing need for dedicated, experienced HR support locally, making this a great opportunity to step into a role with genuine visibility and influence.
You’ll have a varied, highly visible generalist HR position, working closely with senior stakeholders and Partners in Belfast, while also being part of a wider UK HR team. The role has a strong employee relations/generalist focus, with plenty of stakeholder interaction and scope to make the position your own as the office and wider HR function continue to develop.
We're looking for:
- Around 4+ years’ HR experience, ideally at HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor level
- Strong generalist HR and employee relations experience
- Experience within a professional services environment
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and operating autonomously
The role is hybrid, with approximately 40% office-based in Belfast and 60% working from home, with a little more office presence initially while you establish yourself and build relationships.
Package: £45,000 + bonus and an attractive benefits package.
