We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated night team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support residents with a wide range of needs, from residential and elderly care through to complex nursing care.
About the Role
As a Night Health Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents throughout the night, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
You will work alongside experienced nurses and senior carers supporting residents with:
- Personal care and daily living needs
- Mobility and moving & handling
- End-of-life care
- PEG feeding
- Tracheostomy care
- Mechanical ventilation support
- Neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries
- Complex nursing and clinical needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing
Full training will be provided, including opportunities to develop specialist skills in complex care.
What We're Looking For
- A kind, compassionate, and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Basic IT skills to maintain electronic care records.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay: £13.00-£13.85 per hour
