Vivisol are currently hiring for a Customer Support Coordinator at our modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley, to join our team. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to provide support to our customers and patients across the UK, to process and deliver orders in a timely manner. The Customer Support Coordinator position is an office-based role with a shift covering 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern of:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre/office environment, but all training will be provided.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Dealing with all enquiries from patients/customers in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales
- Engaging with other team members, following scripts and reports allowing data to be corrected
- Monitoring and maintaining reports associated with delivery notes and meter readings, reporting any faulty readings to our maintenance centre
- Liaising closely with patients and other departments by e-mail and telephone, giving accurate information at all times
- Provide support to other areas of the customer service department when required
- Processing private sales orders and processing payments
Required candidate experience:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally office or call centre based
- Excellent phone manner
- An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process)
