Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster team development
- Coordinate merchandising efforts and ensure adherence to brand standards and visual presentation guidelines
- Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, vendors, and senior management to facilitate transparency and collaboration
- Monitor administrative processes such as inventory control, reporting procedures, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Proven hotel management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or service environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward common goals
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Experience in retail management, sales management, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
- Prior experience in merchandising, inventory control, or sales operations is advantageous
