As a Floortender,you’re at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll keep service moving,tables looked after,and the atmosphere exactly where it needs to be.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering seamless table service

Taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly

Keeping tables clean,organised,and guest-ready

Staying aware of guest needs throughout their visit
Creating a great guest experience

Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional way

Supporting upselling and product recommendations

Ensuring every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
Keeping service flowing

Working closely with bar and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service

Maintaining pace and efficiency during busy periods

Supporting the overall floor operation
What we’re looking for

Experience
Experience in a hospitality or service role is preferred but not essential. Attitude and energy are key.
