Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively to minimise downtime
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete installation and repair tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or faults
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standard
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3)
- City & Guilds 2931 or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team environment
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £39,520.00-£44,720.00 per year
