Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including sanitising work surfaces and equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and measuring
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Serve meals to customers or assist in serving areas as required
- Restock supplies and organise storage areas for efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
