St. George's Nursery is looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our friendly team at our Hucknall nursery. If you're ready to take the next step in your Early Years career and lead a room with confidence while inspiring children and supporting your team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of your room, creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
- Support, mentor and motivate your team to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and high-quality observations and assessments are consistently maintained.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting, with room leadership experience desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and education.
