Summary
Barnacre Road Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school.

Essential Qualifications
- Recognised and relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics
Desirable Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status
Recognised and relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent

Essential Experience
- Relevant experience of teaching or of supporting teaching in the primary phase
- Awareness and understanding of childrens development
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs
Desirable Experience
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
