Maidenhead
£26,000 Basic Salary + £35,000 OTE
Monday to Friday + Every Other Saturday (Day in Lieu Provided)
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading independent estate agency based in Maidenhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with estate agency, lettings, property or sales experience looking to join a well established and highly respected business covering Berkshire and Middlesex.

Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching tenants to suitable rental properties
- Carrying out property viewings across Maidenhead and surrounding areas
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in
- Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Working closely with the wider sales and property management teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or within a customer facing sales role preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and motivated attitude
- Professional and well presented
- Ability to work within a fast paced estate agency environment
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
