You will provide person-centred support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
You will support a diverse range of individuals, including older adults, people living with Dementia, learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities , and complex mental health needs. Your skills, knowledge, experience and training will be matched with the individuals you support.
Using your skills, knowledge, and compassionate approach you will build positive relationships and provide tailored support that enables individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.
