This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our spa and leisure facilities. What you will be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the spa and leisure club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
- Leading, motivating and supporting the spa and leisure team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensuring the swimming pool, gym, changing facilities and spa areas are clean, safe and presented to the highest standard
- Supporting the delivery of spa treatments, memberships and retail sales to help achieve departmental targets
- Assisting with rota planning, training and the ongoing development of the team
- Ensuring all health and safety, pool plant, hygiene and operating procedures are followed at all times
- Responding professionally to guest feedback and taking ownership to resolve any issues quickly and effectively
- Supporting the Leisure Club Manager in driving memberships, promoting the facilities and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere throughout the spa and leisure facilities
