Brief description of roles and responsibilities:
· Ensuring that customers receive the best service possible
· Supervise and manage bar staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service.
· Perform and oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
· Assist the General Manager with stock management systems and deliveries.
· Upholding a constant level of staff productivity and leading by example
· Maintaining health and safety standards within the bar
· Confident in dealing with a diverse customer base
· Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include night-time and weekends.
Experience preferred but not strictly required as full training is provided.
