Reserve Wines, situated in the busy and vibrant Mackie Mayor, are looking for a superstar to join our team.
We’re open 11am-10pm daily, Tuesday through Saturday and 11am-6pm Sunday (great hospitality hours!). Your shifts would vary each week but will be expected to work some evenings and weekends.
The available role is for 5 hours per week , increasing at times to cover leave or busy periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving customers at the bar
- Making cocktails to spec
- Serving customers in the wine shop
- Chatting to customers about wine and general lovely conversation to enhance their experience with us
- Following the daily and weekly cleaning rota to keep the site neat, tidy and safe
- Restocking the bar and shop
- Occasionally opening and closing the bar area
- Occasionally assist with stock counting
- Being part of fun and friendly social media posts (if that’s something you are interested in)

REQUIREMENTS
- Some wine knowledge is desirable but an interest in learning more would be fantastic, WSET Level 2 or 3 is a definite advantage
- Bar experience is desirable but we are more than happy to train you up
- Ability to learn our range of wines quickly
